•RMA Conditions and Rules
SanYan warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and service, the warranty is effective from the date of shipping from SanYan:
The Warranty Period of All of SanYan Product: Two Year : 1st year free, 2nd year limited warranty, covering parts and labor.
If the product has been proved defective within the applicable warranty period, SanYan will provide repair or replacement of the product. SanYan shall have the sole discretion whether to repair or replace, and the replacement product may be new or reconditioned. Replacement product shall be of equivalent or with better specifications, compared to the defective product, but not necessarily to be identical. All products and parts repaired or replaced by SanYan pursuant to this warranty shall follow original and remain warranty period.
Warranty service may be rendered and requested by contacting the authorized dealers of SanYan or SanYan Computer Co. Ltd. within the applicable warranty period, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number will be provided along with the request form.
After the RMA Number is issued, the defective product must be packaged securely in the original or other suitable shipping package to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit, and the RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the package. The package must be mailed or otherwise shipped to the authorized dealer of SanYan in the area or SanYan Headquarter with all costs of mailing/shipping/insurance prepaid by the customer.
•Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstance will SanYan be liable for any damages arising from the installation, maintenance, use, performance, failure or interruption of a SanYan product, however from caused and on any theory of liability. This limitation will apply even if SanYan has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
•RMA Rules and Conduct:
The calculation of warranty period starts from the date of Shipping (INVOICE DATE) from SanYan.
The repair and replacement period is 4 weeks from the date that SanYan receives the defective product within the applicable warranty period.
The repaired product will be shipped to purchaser by Sea transportation or surface mail.
The RMA report and the invoice will be addressed together with the repaired product.
If the warranty period expires, the RMA rules and terms will be subject to the following condition:
(1) The repair period is 6 weeks from the date that SanYan receives the defective product.
(2) The repair charge is followed by repair charge pricing List from SanYan.
